Over the course of nearly a decade as a web analytics consulting company, we've developed a methodology - Functionalism - that solves many of the problems that cripple most web analytic efforts. The Functionalism Engagement is a short-term (2-3 month) project geared toward getting your web analytics efforts on the right track. It includes all four of the key steps to fully implementing Functionalism:

• Measurement Protocol: Mapping the details of each page type KPI set to the actual site implementation.

During the engagement, we'll work with your web measurement or marketing team to insure that the Functionalist concepts are fully understood so that they can be actively used in running the business.
